The Following Terms and Conditions apply to all successful sale completions arising from introductions via the Development Land For Sale.com Website.

  1. Inform Development Land For Sale if they are not the owners of the land or redevelopment site.
  2. Agree to provide Development Land For Sale with details of all other companies advertising the site, estate agents and websites.
  3. Any introductions of prospective purchasers arising directly or indirectly from introductions made via the Development Land for Sale.com website will be disclosed to developmentlandforsale.com.
  4. On completion of any sales resulting from viewings of data disclosed via Development Land for Sale.com the Buyer(s) will agree to pay 3% of the purchase price or £1750.00. We ask your solicitor dealing with the sale to collect the 3% on our behalf and Development Land for Sale will cover any additional costs involved in collecting their money and forwarding it to them at their registered office: Bank House, 1 Burlington Road, Bristol BS6 6TJ
  5. Registrants agree that they will not directly or indirectly circumvent the rights of Development Land for Sale to receive its said commission and that, In the event of successfully completing a sale as a result of data displayed on this website or subsequently disclosed in more detail by Development Land for Sale (and being thereby introduced to the party buying) agree to disclose to Development Land for Sale.com full particulars of the purchasing party.
  6. References to “Development Land for Sale” and Development Land for Sale.co.uk” are synonymous for the purposes of interpretation of the rights to receive any commission payable or information to be disclosed under this agreement.
  7. This agreement if transmitted by email shall be deemed as an original and legally binding as such.
  8. This agreement shall be governed by the jurisdiction of the laws of England and Wales.
  9. If we introduce a buyer we expect your Solicitor to collect the 3% commission our clients have agreed to pay us and we will pay any additional costs involved. Before contracts are exchanged we require your Solicitor's details to enable us to present our invoice.

 

Purchasers:

Registration is an initial payment of only £90 (payable online). Unless you complete the WorldPay or PayPal payment section or send your cheque payment via post, you will be unable to receive the full details of any land profile.  Alternatively if you are only interested in 1 site a payment of £10.00 and completion of the registration form agreeing to 3% commission if you purchase the site

The initial payment allows you to request full details of sites that match the details on your registration form. If clients wish to contact the owners they have to speak to us and we make the appointments.

  1. On completion of any purchases resulting from viewings of data disclosed via Development Land For Sale.com the Buyer(s) will pay to Development Land For Sale a 3% commission (plus VAT if applicable) of the purchase price paid, or £1750.00 whichever shall be the greater. This amount will be collected by the sellers solicitor on behalf of Development Land For Sale at the time of completion unless cleared funds are received previously.

  7. This agreement shall be governed by the jurisdiction of the laws of England and Wales.
  8. All offers to be made through Development Land For Sale and not directly with the land owners
